Prompt for Thought: Is there something you’ve been trying to hide from God? What would happen if you trusted God’s love enough to say it all?

Prayer for the Journey: God, we humans are in a habit of trying to hide from you. This is especially the case when we make mistakes. We have been doing it since the days in the Garden. Please help us to remember that nothing is hidden from you and yet you still love us. You know what we are going to say, even the stuff we shouldn’t say, yet you still love us. Help us to rest in the knowledge that no matter what, you still see us as the apples of your eye. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
